  • Beaumont Hospital’s Energy Aware program, now in its second year of full deployment, uses a multifaceted approach to educate its 18,000 employees about energy conservation strategies.
2rw is supporting Beaumont’s efforts by maintaining the interactive website and planning and executing the many activities throughout the three hospital campuses.
  • 2rw is assisting the City of Atlanta to implement the Power to Change campaign that is motivating over 8,000 employees to take on energy efficient behaviors.
The campaign is part of Mayor Shirley Franklin’s Sustainable Atlanta initiative, which is focused on implementing energy and water conservation measures that will reduce both utility costs and greenhouse gas emissions.
  • 2rw is supporting the Southwest Virginia Higher Education Center as they implement the EnergyVibe program on their own. As part of SVHEC’s energy performance contract, 2rw is helping to develop the campaign, updating their custom-branded website, and supplying outreach materials.
These elements provide building occupants with opportunities to get involved in saving energy and water.
  • 2rw developed VCU’s Energy Challenge campaign to increase the university’s energy saving efforts. The interactive website featured an energy saving ideas forum, a waste reporting mechanism, and energy articles.
The website along with events, contests, and giveaways, were part of VCU’s efforts to fulfill Governor Mark Warner’s goal of reducing energy use by 10% in all commonwealth institutions.
  • The Delaware Energy Office hired 2rw to develop an Energy Savings Marketing Plan and deliver training seminars to the state government.
Ensuring state employees were knowledgeable about conservation practices and were enthusiastic about sustaining those efforts in their own facilities resulted in increased efficiency and reduced energy bills.
